When my MAC first wakes up, and CC tries to run, it slows the computer right down. Trying to launch anything is slow, but launching anything which connects to the internet (browser/email) gets badly effected! I checked my activity monitor Alas, they supplied me with another copy of the same software. Upon completion of installation, it worked great.
